Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the Cartolog Collector subscription (US$6.99 / month), a service of Voyant Media Solutions Limited. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

Try before you pay

Every account includes 5 free scans, so you can see exactly what Cartolog does — identify a model, get its value, and generate a collector’s card — before you ever subscribe. We encourage you to use those first.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Collector subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep Collector access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

Because you can try Cartolog free and cancel anytime to stop future billing, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial or unused months.

That said, we want you to be happy. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or something genuinely went wrong, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll make it right.

Your collection is always safe

Cancelling never deletes your collection. Your cards and photos are preserved — access is paused, not erased — and restored instantly if you resubscribe. You can export your collection at any time, including after cancelling.

How to cancel

• In PayPal: Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Cartolog → Cancel.
• Or contact us and we’ll cancel it for you.
